I saw this at a local film festival. This movie had an original concept and was executed very well, despite the filmmakers' lack of resources (read: expensive Hollywood special effects, explosions, and sets). I was expecting just a typical cheapo independent slasher movie, but this is heads above other low-budget independent films I've seen. They do a good job of mixing some disturbingly sadistic horror elements with some light-hearted slapstick scenes to give the film some dynamics, so you aren't just getting beaten over the head with "Waah! This is a horror movie!! Here's more blood!!". In fact, it might be better classified as a particularly violent, dark comedy than a true horror movie. In any case, the actors did their part pulling off some very creepy scenes (I was particularly impressed by the caliber of the female lead and the two brooding bad guys), and there's quality scripting throughout. Great twist at the end, too. Be prepared, though, this is a low budget project, so don't expect state of the art production quality or special effects. It makes you wonder what these guys could do with a real budget! If you're looking for something different from the typical Hollywood fare, don't pass it up.
